Making a difference

S & K Preemie Love Foundation is dedicated to the memory of our girls that were born prematurely and passed away due to complications in 2013.  

We will always cherish our special moments we had with our precious babies.  One of our favorite and most precious moments were holding their tiny little hands and having kangaroo time.
